We rose early again (as we will be heading to Cairo today) in order for us to tour Sacre Couer at Montmartre and to climb the San Fracisco-like lanes leading to it. Super easy and the reward was gelatto for us! Very touristy with artists hawking their wares and t-shirt vendors. Despite the trappings, it remaains very pleasant and beautiful.
Salvador Dali
300 original paintings and sculptures were on display at the Dali museum. His works with the melted clocks and unusual “take” on religion and beauty were a delicious spectacle for the boys. Must have been some fantastic mind-altering drugs back then ;)
