March 14 Paris!

It was 9:30 a.m. Paris time and headed to our bed and breakfast where we met Laurence, our host. The home has been in her family since 1617. It’s typically French with high ceilings, large mirrors, and towering armoires. We chose to stay here so that we could connect with a French family. Our hosts have five children and the oldest two are Ryan and Brendan’s age. Laurence poured us a cold drink and spent time giving us tips on how to spend our time. Before we knew it we were already talking an exchange for our two oldest kids.

Next, we were on a quest for food for Brendan. After walking the streets wondering how we were going to feed him we happened upon a Lebanese restaurant where they were happy to work around his allergies. Feeding this child on our trip is going to be one of our biggest challenges! Rule of thumb… always have epipens on hand and never be further that 20 minutes away from a hospital.
